Great ambience, super friendly service and perfectly prepared food. In short, perfect.

Very well organized in Corona times, food came very quickly and was delicious (Galloway steak and the pork medallions)! Friendly service!

A nice, small restaurant in downtown Westerland. Also recommended in Corona times, because you can wait for your seat outside on the terrace under the awning. The menu is manageable, but the dishes are nicely arranged, served quickly and the taste is okay.

It was taking too long to get drinks. The food was good, but we weren't even asked how we wanted our steak to be fried.

Eaten very well as always. Nice and attentive service staff.

I've eaten a lot of Sushi (寿司) but I was honestly very surprised that I'd find good one here. The whole restaurant was unexpectedly good. If you ever come to visit Sylt, don't fall for the tourist traps. Come here

As a starter, sushi was the surprise at all, if not the best I've ever eaten. We recommend! The house burger was great too, with a good portion of sweet potato fries and a salad. You will definitely get full here. I also liked the atmosphere very much, the service was very friendly and open. It's like eating in a local pub without ever having been there before, you don't often have that. Many Thanks!

Is a nice place. The staff seem stressed at peak times. But the food is great. The staff does not wear a face mask, which is not so inviting at this time. It's a shame, we always liked to be here.

Nice restaurant. Food was delicious and the service friendly and hard-working. Change requests were considered and implemented when ordering. Were here with four people and had reservations. Nice evening, only for MY personal feeling and in this Corona time a bit crowded and too close to other guests.

Friendly service, there were four of us and everyone was happy with the meal. The prices are high, that's the way it is in Sylt.

Great restaurant with a high quality menu. The tapas variation is recommended as a starter - unfortunately I failed to take a photo. First there was white bread with aioli. The main course is the sushi roll. It was delicious and a great ambience! With pleasure again!

Outside area not prepared, waiter talks to you as if you were on the construction site. The food is the very last, 20Euro for pork medallions that look like micro schnitzel with a totally unsuitable bacon. The staff speaks louder than the guests, is hardly present and there is constant laughter and private conversations. The prices should be reconsidered, there is no end to cheating .. the quality is just bad !!!! Please don't go to this place. For us it will be the first and last time.

Unfortunately, our very positive impressions so far have not been confirmed. The starter and main course were - contrary to our request - served very quickly and immediately, unfortunately there was no time for a wine. We were not used to that at the Mariso before. There was no time for any comfort.

Only a single vegetarian main course, generally little choice. Beverage menu does not exist, therefore no knowledge of the prices. Then came the surprise when it came to the calculation: extremely overpriced. Quality of the food was ok.

disaster ... yesterday I was with my wife ... I ordered pork medallions with potatoes and spinach (summer 14e, winter19e ?!) ... and my wife caesar salad (summer 12e winter 18e ?!) ... i got food full of sauce ... without spinach!!! ... caesar salad without croutons ... instead of a little water we got a big (7e?) the "apology" for all was 1 scoop of ice cream and 2 scoops i was hungry ... and we paid the full price .... never again... only if you back my money!!!! hope the owners see this!!!

4 stars are ok. The food was good, not outstanding. A little too high in price, especially with the drinks. Service was good.

After a long day on Sylt we managed to find a relaxed conclusion with the help of this restaurant. The Mariso convinces with a cozy and informal atmosphere and delicious food. I ate the burger, which is highly recommended and also the soup of the day tasted. The prices are acceptable for Sylt level.

Super delicious food and great service! The waiters were always super friendly and had a really good mood. The glasses were refilled attentively and it was always taken care of the well-being of the guests.

Although the store was jam-packed, everything went quickly and smoothly. Compliments to the kitchen and staff. See you again on our next visit to Sylt.
